LolliesNZ Taste Budz Video Competition Terms And Conditions.
- By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to these terms and conditions, including any amendments made.
- This competition is open to children aged 8 – 14 years old currently living in New Zealand, who will be residing permanently in New Zealand for three months following the completion of this competition.
- All entries must have the permission of their parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to withdraw any entrant without parent/guardian consent. Any entry without parent/guardian consent will not be used by us in any way.
- Entrants must include their name, age, location, and the name, contact number, and email address of a parent or legal guardian, using the online form provided.
- There are no fees or purchases required for entry into this competition.
- All entries must be made directly, and under parent/guardian supervision to https://lolliesnz.co.nz/TasteBudz
- All accepted entrants agree to the use of their name, regional location (e.g Christchurch), and entry video being used in any publicity material. LolliesNZ will not disclose any personal information with any third parties, and will not hold any personal information for longer than is necessary for the purposes of this competition.
- All accepted entry videos are considered sole property of LolliesNZ.
- The Winner/s agree to provide a further 1-2 videos over a two month period beginning at the completion of this competition. The winning entrant agrees to use any promotional material provided by LolliesNZ in the capacity as directed. These videos will be the sole property of LolliesNZ.
- LolliesNZ will provide any future products to be reviewed to the winners at no cost to the entrant.
- Any and all finalists/winners will be selected at the sole discretion of LolliesNZ or by any way LolliesNZ deem applicable.
- Following the completion of the two-month period in (9), the winning entrants agree
- not to review any food product sold by LolliesNZ or its competitors for a further six months.
- that no further review videos are to be made at any time of any product while using any promotional material or merchandise supplied by LolliesNZ, except with express permission from LolliesNZ.
- LolliesNZ reserves the right at its sole discretion, and at any time, to add, change, or modify these terms and conditions. Any changes are effective immediately.
- LolliesNZ reserves the right, at its discretion, at any time, to cancel this competition. In the event of the competition being cancelled, any and all entrant videos remain property of LolliesNZ.
